When purchase with Ascaso Canada, customer will automatically receive the following warranties:

  • 2-year parts
  • 1-year labour
  • 5-year warranty on Thermoblock, boiler and groups.

All warranty will only apply to manufacturer defect.

For any warranty services, customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to and from the service depot.

FOR THE ASCASO EQUIPMENT WARRANTY TO REMAIN IN FORCE

1. The use of the correct filtration system and regular maintenance are both essential for the product warranty to remain in force and to ensure the perfect operation of your coffee machine.
TDS - 100-150 mg/L
Hardness - 3-5º dH / 4-7º fH
pH - 6.5 - 8.5
2. The connection of the machine to the earthing should comply with the electrical regulations currently in force in the place where the machine is installed.
3. Do not use acids or corrosive products for cleaning
