FOR THE ASCASO EQUIPMENT WARRANTY TO REMAIN IN FORCE

1. The use of the correct filtration system and regular maintenance are both essential for the product warranty to remain in force and to ensure the perfect operation of your coffee machine.

TDS - 100-150 mg/L

Hardness - 3-5º dH / 4-7º fH

pH - 6.5 - 8.5

2. The connection of the machine to the earthing should comply with the electrical regulations currently in force in the place where the machine is installed.

3. Do not use acids or corrosive products for cleaning

Ascaso Canada Warranty Policy

Ascaso Canada is committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which products purchased from the Company are warranted against defects. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to the terms set forth below.

Warranty Coverage

  • The Company warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
  • The warranty is exclusive to defective parts and not influenced by user error.
  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and remains valid for:

2-Year Parts Warranty
1-Year Labour Warranty
5-Year Warranty on Thermoblock, Boilers, and Groups 
  • Thermoblock failure that is caused by manufacturer's defect. 
  • Does not include issue caused by limescale.
  • Unless otherwise stated in product-specific documentation.

What is Covered

  • Official notice for manufacturer’s defects in parts and components.
  • Faults in workmanship under normal operating conditions.
  • Repairs or replacements performed by authourized service providers.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Extend to deterioration resulting from customary use.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthourized modifications and service (i.e, opening the hood during the warranty period).
  • Damage caused by accident, fire, water, or other external factors.
  • Consumable parts (e.g., gaskets, seals, filters, bulbs, fuses) unless otherwise specified.
  • Home equipment used for commercial purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing, refers to the user manual.
  • The use of third-party accessories and/or parts. 

Remedies

During the warranty period, Ascaso Canada will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective product

Customer Responsibilities

  • Proof of purchase (original invoice and/or order confirmation email) must be presented to claim warranty service.
  • The product must be returned to an authourized service centre or distributor, properly packaged to prevent further damage.
  • All shipping, insurance, and handling costs for transporting the product to and from are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Limitations of Liability

  • Ascaso Canada shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or loss of business.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Government Law

This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
